🍁 Celebrate Canada Day at Kin Coulee Park!

Join us on July 1st at Kin Coulee Park in Medicine Hat for an action-packed, family-friendly Canada Day celebration! We are thrilled to be part of the city's incredible lineup of events, and we invite you to come out, show your support, and enjoy everything the day has to offer.

🥋 Featured Event: Fire Dragon Taekwondo Demonstration

Don't miss our very own Fire Dragon Taekwondo team in action! We will be putting on an exciting, high-energy live demonstration to showcase our students' skills, discipline, and martial arts techniques.

Location: Kin Coulee Park, Medicine Hat

🎆 Full Day of Festivities (8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.)

The Kin Coulee Park Canada Day Festival is completely free to attend and runs all day long. Come for the Taekwondo demonstration and stay for the fun! The park will be buzzing with activities, including:

Food Trucks & Artisan Market: Grab a bite from local vendors and shop for unique goods.

Cultural Performances: Enjoy a variety of music and dances celebrating our diverse community throughout the afternoon.

Beat the Heat 2026: Head over to the Kin Coulee Skate Park to watch Canada’s largest amateur skateboard competition as they celebrate their 20th anniversary.

Free Evening Concert (9:00 p.m.): Bring a lawn chair and enjoy a live outdoor performance by Juno Award-winning artist Gowan (keyboardist and lead vocalist of the legendary rock band Styx).

Fireworks Spectacular: Stick around after the concert to cap off the night with a massive fireworks display!
